Dr. Nuttamon Le Men, widely known as Dr. Ann, is the visionary founder and Medical Director of Fresh Mediq Global Clinic, located in Pattaya, Thailand. Since establishing the clinic in August 2021, she has dedicated her life’s work to advancing the field of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Dr. Ann is an alumna of Harvard Medical School, having completed the prestigious Leadership in Medicine: Southeast Asia Program (HMS-LIM SEA 2021) in Boston, USA. She holds both a Master’s and PhD in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine from Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand. Her current doctoral research is

“A pilot study comparing the efficacy of autologous cultured fibroblast injections with PRF injections for treating nasolabial folds.”

With over 19 years of clinical experience, Dr. Ann is known for her integrative approach to modern aesthetics and evidence-based regenerative therapy. Her earlier Master’s thesis compared the efficacy of Enerjet 2.0 with Nokor needle subcision for the treatment of acne scars.

Humanitarian Work & Volunteerism

Beyond her clinical achievements, Dr. Ann is deeply committed to humanitarian service. She has proudly served with the Thai Medical Volunteer Association, a royal initiative established under the patronage of His Majesty the King of Thailand. Her disaster relief work includes:

  • The major floods in Thailand (2011–2012), where she delivered medical aid via small boats to unreachable communities.
  • The Nepal earthquake in 2015, where she helped deliver critical care and survival supplies in remote regions.

She believes that even a small group of compassionate doctors can make a powerful difference during crises, and these experiences remain among her proudest contributions to society.

When she’s not leading Fresh Mediq Global Clinic or engaging in medical innovation, Dr. Ann enjoys quiet moments with her beloved cats, indulging in delicious cuisines, and immersing herself in Japanese anime, as well as Korean and Chinese drama series.
